Christian is a proud chemical engineer, MBA, husband of 26 years, father of three children and manager of A-Sure Trim since the beginning! Christian loves leading a great team and considers the company his “fourth child.” He likes to spend time with his family, he is a fan of Formula 1 and IndyCar and he likes to practice sports indoors and outdoors.

Luis started at A-Sure Trim at the assembly of the plant, serving as head of maintenance for 16 years. In his current position, he has developed new projects that directly benefit productivity, quality and safety. He is very passionate about his work, keeping him motivated to seek improvements, new technologies and look for new market niches. A proud husband and father, he likes to travel,  kayak, raft, and trek.

Ingrid has extensive experience in the wood industry, holding positions in the areas of planning, personnel and security. She has been married for 22 years and has two children who are currently studying at university. With them and her husband, she shares a passion for skiing and outdoor sports. She loves long walks in the mountains or around a lake, especially if she is accompanied by her faithful pets, her two Dobermans, Tuko and Mila.

Vanessa joined A-Sure Trim in 2018 and since then she has shown her commitment, responsibility and a great desire to always take on new challenges. She is a happy person who always gives us a smile no matter how complicated her day is. She enjoys spending time with her parents, is a loving aunt and adores her cat. Whenever she has the chance, she travels, sees new places and makes new friends.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Carlos has specialized in the management of production processes and continuous improvement, leading different teams in the wood industry. Currently, he has been leading the production processes area at CM Maderera Spa for a couple of years. He likes to form teams and empower each one in their respective talents. In his free time he likes to listen to music, play guitar, cook, learn about cars or take photographs.

Ricardo has been with the company since the first day of its existence, he has been part of all the steps that have led CM Maderera to what it is today. At the beginning he complemented himself as Head of Production, and in 2021 he took on the challenge of becoming the Production Process Planner, a position he holds to this day. He is a straightforward person and likes to show his tough side, but deep down he is sweet as honey and really enjoys a good barbecue with his 3 children.

Alex joined the company in January 2022 as an area leader, then moved to the maintenance area as a programmer and in March 2024 He took over as head of maintenance. He is very happy with his new position and  feels very committed to the company. On a personal level, he likes sports, especially soccer, and also going for walks with his family and friends. He is married and have 3 children. His home is the meeting place to share with colleagues around a good piece of meat and an excellent wine. He likes to be the host.

He has been with the company for 17 years, and he really likes things to be organized and on time. That is why He excels at his job, making sure that each container complies with the packaging, storage and tying standards, so that when the product reaches the customer, it is in the best condition. He really enjoy the family he has formed with his wife Erika and our children. He loves 80s music and is passionate about football.

Silvia joined the CM Maderera family in 2020, dedicating herself to her tasks and bringing her enthusiasm to the company's daily activities. She loves healthy living, going to the gym and music, dabbling in instruments such as the guitar and violin. She also loves cooking and spending time with her friends and  family.

Andrea was born and raised in the Commune of Coronel, in the Eighth Region of Chile. She joined CM Maderera in 2007, and with almost 30 years of experience in the timber industry, she faces every challenge that comes her way with optimism. She is a persevering person who, despite the difficulties, always faces the future with the best attitude. But what best defines her is her role as a mother, which is, without a doubt, the most important part of her life. She is also passionate about traveling and discovering new places.

Marjorie joined CM Maderera two and a half years ago as a Human Resources Assistant. Throughout her career, she has evolved into the role of Administrative Assistant and, in 2024, was promoted to Contracts and Personnel Services Administrator. Continuing to learn, helping others, and being committed to her work is essential to her. In addition, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as reading and listening to music.

With more than 40 years of experience in the lumber business, Kevin has worked for companies like Procter and Gamble, Bowater, Kruger, JD Irving and Hancock Lumber. Kevin has been involved in all aspects of the business from logging operations to the manufacturing and sales of finished products.Kevin’s goal is to provide the best possible service to his customers, ensuring top quality products are delivered on time.
